Wilton Youth Football has enlisted the services of D1 Prep to host a summer camp just for football players. The Warrior Strength & Speed Camp is for any player entering grades 3 – 8

D1 Prep focuses on preparing athletes for specific drills that allow them to showcase their talents, skills, and athleticism.  Using proven training techniques, athletes will be shown how to best execute each drill for maximum performance and results.  Working with D1 Prep coaches, that were former collegiate and pro football players, athletes will have an advantage, learning sport specific movements, injury prevention, and recovery techniques, that will get them on the field faster and keep them on the field. 
All of our coaches have had success at the high school, college, and pro-level of the game.  With their knowledge of the game and training background, kids will be able to improve their skills and fundamentals on the field.  By using sport specific drills, movements, and simulated games, kids will be able to transfer what is learned through this camp to the field in the upcoming season.
