TREASURER’S REPORT
Lisa Stoyle reported and presented updated financial report and a comparison from previous year. Lisa is transitioning to QuickBooks which will allow her to run more reports and allow a more detailed breakdown of what is in each account. Expected to have transition to QuickBooks completed by November Board Meeting. REPORT ACCEPTED.

REGISTRAR’S REPORT
Player Max for U-8’s extended from 15-17 players per team to make additional space as a waiting list had developed.

COACHING EDUCATION REPORT
Ralph Perrotto reported. No coaches attended the 9/8 Clinic: MYSA clinic for U6/U7/U8 coaches (no cost to PYS)
PTUSA will be running its training academy in Pembroke again this fall starting 9/14.
Ralph is also looking into winter indoor programs for U7, U8 and U10 starting at the end of January. MYSA may also be starting a skills academy at the Fieldhouse for U12 and U14 in January.
Next G course will be 3/20 at the Fieldhouse. Next F course will be 3/27 at the Fieldhouse.

COASTAL REPORT
No report

REFEREE COORDINATOR REPORT
Bill Tholen reported. Concern with gaps in Saturday game schedule making it difficult to schedule refs for back to back games. Overall the number of PYS’ referees is down (some refs left for college). Approximately 50% refs are 7th&8th graders.

NEW BUSINESS

Coaching Card Deck
Proposal presented by Mike Cavalear to purchase Coaching Card Decks for each Select Team Coach. $20per pack or $18 per for 20 or more packs. 
MOTION: Order packs for Select Team coaches for a trial and gather feedback for additional packs. MOTION PASSED.

Trash Clean Up
Discussed need for increased participation managing both am & pm trash removal.

Select Team Evaluations
Dan Sullivan will make copies of both field and goal keeper evaluators forms. All supplies will be inside the snack bar. Coordinators have recruited evaluators.

Recycling Proposal
Recycling Project continues to be refined for projected Spring 2010 start date.

PYS Revolution Night
Revolution night will be 9/26/09 (7:30 game). Dave Carter is organizing.

PYS/PHS Field Use
Board agreed in principle to continue monitoring field usage by PHS. Dan Sullivan will continue to communicate as needed with PHS Athletic Director- Bill Fallon.

Revolution Season Tickets
Early Renewal Cost: $342.00/seat ($1,383.00- 4 tickets)
Payment due by 11/30/09
