SECRETARY'S REPORT: Minutes from the October 2006 meeting were reviewed. Report ACCEPTED.

OLD BUSINESS:

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS: Tabled until 2007. Still need to discuss some items with assistant superintendent of schools.

COW BINGO: Cow Bingo made $1,319.60 after expenses.

EXECUTIVE BOARD DISCIPLINARY HEARINGS: The Executive Board received formal complaints regarding two different incidents of coaches conduct. In accordance with our by-laws, the Executive Board held hearings regarding these incidents on November 2nd, 2006. The outcome of these hearings was that {coaches name removed} was suspended from coaching through June 2006. As condition of reinstatement, he must take the Mass Youth Soccer "G" course and appeal to the full PYS Board. Coach {coaches name removed} was suspended indefinitely and must appeal to the full PYS Board for reinstatement. Details of the incidents are documented in a separate file.

REVOLUTION TICKETS: Discussion to decide whether or not to purchase 2007 New England Revolution season tickets. Had purchased tickets for the 2006 season and these were used by coaches, board members, and for raffles. Price is $620 for 2 tickets, $1180 for 4 tickets. MOTION: Buy the 4 tickets for $1180. PASSED.

TREASURER'S REPORT: Lisa Stoyle provided a handout with the financial highlights. Report ACCEPTED.

REGISTRAR'S REPORT: Ann not present. Number of spring teams for BU14 changed from 4 to 3.

COACHING ED. REPORT: November 4th Skills Patch Level 1 evaluation had 10-15 players turnout but it wasn't widely advertised. Those players that attended did seem to be inspired. Will repeat in the spring. Course(s) will be arranged for spring.

COASTAL REPORT: Fran Squatrito not present.

REFEREE REPORT: David Ng mentioned ref payment information would be sent to Treasurer soon.

NEW BUSINESS:

2006-07 BOARD OF DIRECTORS: Voted for PYS Board and committees. Details in separate attachment.

WORLD CUP SOCCER CAMPS: Dates for Dean Schneider's World Cup Soccer Camp are as follows:

        7/9 - 7/13, 9am - 3pm, Grades 1 though 6
        7/9 - 7/13, 4pm - 8pm, Grades 7 through 9
        7/16 - 7/20, 8am - 1pm, Girls H.S.
        7/16 - 7/20, 3pm - 7pm, Boys H.S.

There was a poor turnout last year in the 7th and 8th graders so Dean is changing the format.
