SECRETARY'S REPORT: Notes from June 2005 meeting were accepted and put on file.

DEAN SCHNEIDER: Dean Schneider of World Cup Soccer Camps was present to offer us any support we wanted such as clinics, curriculum, etc. Discussed possibly laying out framework to give us moves each player should know at each level.

TREASURER'S REPORT: Lisa Stoyle provided a written Treasurer's report. There was a discussion on whether we could upgrade our Porta Potties to a model that included a hand sanitizer and maybe even a flush. Discussed more about the building of a more permanent bathroom facility. Treasurer's report was accepted.

REGISTRAR'S REPORT: Ann Shea reported that we have 890 players registered. We reviewed each age group and determined the max players per age group and the number of teams. This was needed so uniform order could get placed. Briefly discussed field sizes for U7s and U8s and the idea of splitting boys and girls at the U8 level.

COACHING ED. REPORT: Bill Tholen moving forward with Juggling Club. Only 11 people signed up for "G" course so far. We barely have enough but we are moving forward on the course. Bill discussed a coaching DVD that Mass Youth Soccer is marketing.

MOTION: Order 100 of the US Soccer "Novice Coach" DVD from Mass Youth Soccer at a cost of $3 each to be issued to coach on each U10 and younger team. PASSED.

REFEREE REPORT: No report but David Ng was present and has accepted taking over the position in November.

Fall Uniforms Prices higher Rockland Athletics compared to last year because they didn't get our spring uniform order. Suggesting going with RCL Graphics in Pembroke for fall uniforms.

MOTION: Give fall uniform contract to RCL Graphics. PASSED.

Miscellaneous Group trying to get high school lacross team started is raising money by having a Comedy Night at the Knights of Columbus. Discussed using PYS funds to help effort and buy ticket(s). Most felt not appropriate to use soccer funds for this purpose. Board felt it was OK to promote at fields or any other way we could help with promotion.

Group trying to raise money for Pembroke High School swim team is having a fund raiser. Same as above - no use of PYS funds. Group wants to sell "Gold Cards" at the fields. "Gold Cards" entitle the holder to discounts at local businesses.

MOTION: Allow sale of "Gold Cards" at fields on 9/17 from 9AM to Noon. PASSED.
