SECRETARYíS REPORT: Secretaryís report accepted with the change from the June 9th, 2004 minutes about a Duxbury resident Mighty Mite who wanted to play up but was refused.
OLD BUSINESS: Dave Carter had a meeting with AD Bill Fallon and he thinks they will probably be able to field two boys and two girlís teams. They will pay PYS for lining of two fields and we should send a bill at the end of the
season, also, they will purchase goal posts, one for turf and one for the high school.
TEAM SPONSORS: Steve McSherry from Pool, Spa and Swingset Specialists has donated $500.00 for team sponsorship. There was a motion to put Pool, Spa, and Swingset Specialist on all U-6 shirts.
VOTED AND ACCEPTED: Pool, Spa and Swingset Specialists will be on all U-6 t-shirts.
PKH: Gary Phillips from PKH came and spoke to the board and stated that Plympton, Halifax and Kingston would like to stay with us. Coastal does not have any problems with us staying PKH. Question arose regarding Pembroke having representation in PKH.
VOTED AND ACCEPTED: Pembroke would stay with PKH for one more year while schools get settled. Paul Allen would be the Pembroke representative for PKH.
TREASURERíS REPORT: We have a deficit of over $ 9,000, with 72,975 in income, but our overall total expenses being $65,166. Treasurerís report accepted and put on file.
REGISTRARíS REPORT: Currently we have 827 children registered.

We need 4 X 6 nets. U-8ís playing with goalies making fields smaller. Six fields 4 v 4 plus keeper. U-7ís 4 v 4 no goalies two games at once with subs. Field 3 open for practice. Schedules up to coordinators.
U-6 play on Mite Field
U-7 and U-8 Field 3
U-10, U12, and U-14 play on 1 & 2 from 9 Ė 3:30.
Follow up on insurance issues with MYSA about children playing up. MYSA says we need to be consistent, document everything and working within the scope of our ability.
REPORT: September 4, 2004 Coaching "G" Course being offered.
COASTAL REPORT: Hullís bill for referees, plus a $50.00 check for Norwell because no referee.
CITIZENíS BANK: Citizenís Bank is giving away 40,000,size 4 soccer balls to MYSA and they would like them to be given to U-6, U-7, and U-8 players. This is not the correct size ball for these age groups; do we still accept them?
VOTED AND ACCEPTED: Accept size 4 balls from Citizenís Bank.
FIELD CLEAN-UP DAY: Field day will be Saturday August 28th.
