SECRETARYS REPORT: Notes from previous meeting were reviewed, accepted and put on file.
TREASURERS REPORT: $45,000 cash on hand with expenses coming up. Line item for paint includes all fertilizing, moving etc. $5,000 to deposit. Notes were accepted and put on file.
REGISTRARS REPORT: Looking at how many teams we will field in the Spring - U10 boys currently have six teams for the fall and they have two on waiting list, may need to go to 7 teams if everyone is returning. U10 girls will have 4 teams. U12 boys will have 5 teams. U-12 girls will have 5 teams. U14 boys will have 3 teams and U14 girls will have 3 teams, one select team of 18 players and 2 teams with 21 players. The U10 Boys, U12 Girls, and the U14 Girls age groups are frozen. Refunds going out to eight or nine players. Players playing fall only will be refunded the cost of the spring uniform.
SELECT TEAM COACHES: Before the select team coaches were voted on, we needed to decide how many select teams would be fielded. The motion was to field only one select team but to field a slightly weighted second team.
VOTED AND ACCEPTED: One select team for each division.

Select team coaches were reminded that there are mandatory playing times of 20 minutes per game, and to make sure all rules and by-laws are abided by.
BOARD ELECTIONS: It was decided to postpone the Executive Board and General Board Elections until the November meeting after it had been announced in the papers.
