SECRETARY’S REPORT: Notes from previous meeting were reviewed, accepted and put on file.

TREASURER’S REPORT: We have $53,000 on hand with $3,000 to deposit, an $8,000 bill for uniforms with some other bills, bring the on hand cash to about $40,000.

REGISTRAR’S REPORT: We have 805 children registered.

EVALUATION TIMES: Saturday, October 18th --girls, Saturday, October 25th --boys. Exact times will be posted on the website.

Attendance at tryouts was discussed because there could be some potential conflicts with higher-level soccer commitments, medical or possible travel plans. Two motions were put on the floor. Motion one was to add another date to evaluate. And the second motion was to allow more than one discretionary vote for a person who was not able to attend the evaluation process.

VOTED AND ACCEPTED: There can be (4) four discretionary picks from the entire registered talent pool of players who were not able to attend evaluation. The request must be in writing to the Executive Board stating the reason for the inability to attend and must be approved by the Executive Board. A higher-level soccer commitment is to be considered a valid reason.

UNIFORMS: Any uniforms coaches have should be turned in. One person should have everything.

COASTAL REPORT: Kid Safe forms should be up to date for anyone who comes in contact with children. Check to be sure that MYSA has the right amount of players. Noel needs to hear from coordinators of any inequities in teams.
